Cheryl Eisberg Moin
was born in Brooklyn, New
York and was admitted to the bar in 1981.
Cheryl is an experienced
litigator and appellate attorney who has repeatedly won
cases for her clients in front of the appellate courts
in the state of New York for more than 28 years. She has
expertise in cases arising out of nursing home and
hospital accidents and abuse, injuries to seniors and
medical malpractice in addition to general negligence
and work site injuries.

Cheryl Eisberg Moin was born in Brooklyn, New
York and was admitted to the bar in 1981. Cheryl has represented
plaintiffs in over 200 appeals affirming multimillion-dollar
verdicts, obtaining reversals on complex issues and questions of
first impression.
Cheryl has obtained many landmark decisions
in the New York Court of Appeals and has been interviewed on WABC,
WCBS, Univision 41 and CBS News Radio 88 regarding several
significant cases.
